HI Series Heavy-duty Hydraulic Buffer
HI series hydraulic buffers are designed for the safety of heavy mechanical equipment and are widely used in ports, railways, steel and other industries. They feature large bore diameter and high energy absorption, which can effectively reduce the moving load of heavy mechanical equipment. The HI series adopts a gas-liquid separation structure and uses nitrogen for return, with simple maintenance. Its working principle is: when the impact head is struck by external force, the piston rod moves downward to press hydraulic oil through the orifice, generating damping force. Meanwhile, the hydraulic oil compresses the nitrogen in the gas chamber. When the load is removed, the high-pressure nitrogen presses the hydraulic oil to push the piston upward, resetting the piston rod and completing one working cycle.
