AC/AD Series Hydraulic Buffer for Stopper Cylinders

Hydraulic buffers for stopper cylinders are available in two structures: self-compensating and adjustable. They can be placed inside the stopper cylinder to deliver smooth deceleration and stopping for moving objects.

Self-compensating type: Featuring an integrated outer cylinder structure, it is compact and safe, and prevents piston rod deformation caused by angular impact. To reduce friction at the contact surface with the piston rod end face, rolling friction is recommended for the contact surface.

Adjustable type: To avoid adverse effects from angular impact, the piston rod adopts a two-stage structure with 0°~270° single-side eccentric adjustment, which effectively widens the adjustment range.

                   Piston rod: Hard chrome plating paired with special seals for longer service life
