Oil (Water) Suction & Filling Quick Coupling

The oil/water filling and extraction quick coupling features a stainless steel structure with a high plug-unplug life design, typically 100,000 mating cycles. It is available in a series of bore sizes with a maximum test pressure of 50 bar. Mainly used for quick and convenient connection and disconnection of fluid transmission pipelines such as oil pipes and water pipes, it ensures zero leakage with a flat-face design, no circuit contamination, compatibility with most fluid media, a wide operating temperature range, excellent flow characteristics with low pressure drop, and misalignment compensation — up to 0.25mm on a single side and 0.5mm on both sides — to achieve sealing performance and stability of fluid transmission in the connected state.

 Material —— Body material: Made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, brass or alloy steel

                  Sealing material: Made of rubber, PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) or other elastic materials

 Temperature Range  —— -20℃ ~ 100℃

 Installation Method —— Adopt threaded fixing or retaining ring fixing. Align the pipeline to be connected with the coupling port and push it in with appropriate force. After the connection is completed, check the sealing tightness of the coupling to ensure no leakage.
