More importantly, to meet cleanroom requirements, specialized hydraulic buffers are made of stainless steel, utilize special sealing technology, and employ low-volatility hydraulic oil, fundamentally eliminating the generation of particulate and magnetic contamination, achieving long service life and maintenance-free reliable operation.
It can be said that in the semiconductor manufacturing field, which pursues the utmost perfection, although hydraulic buffers are small, they are one of the core details that ensure the precision, efficiency, and safe operation of the OHT system, and are an indispensable precision component of modern wafer fabs.
