DLD Series Hydraulic Buffer for Circuit Breakers (Adjustable Damping)

CJAC has developed dedicated adjustable hydraulic buffers for circuit breakers. Circuit breaker mechanisms have dimensional tolerances during design and manufacturing, and each circuit breaker delivers actual impact force and impact speed with corresponding tolerances. Where the circuit breaker mechanism imposes high‑performance requirements on the kinetic‑energy absorption of hydraulic buffers, the adjustable hydraulic buffer can be used for damping‑force tuning. It compensates for varying impact kinetic energy caused by mechanism tolerances by adjusting to a proper matching damping‑force scale to satisfy application requirements of circuit breaker mechanisms.

Compared with the DLC series, the DLD series features higher energy absorption and a wider application range.

●Material —— Outer tube: AISI1215, STKM11A with black oxide treatment and nickel plating for enhanced rust resistance
　　           Piston rod: Hard chrome plating paired with special seals for extended service life
　　           Piston: Made of highly wear‑resistant material to ensure lasting and stable cushioning performance

●Temperature Range —— -20~+85°C (customizable -40~+85°C)
